As someone who used to be an overweight child and young teenager and who experienced many forms of bullying and ridicule from other children, I had to take a stand. These days not only was my physical health affected but my mental health took a beating too, until one day I chose to make a difference. I chose to unlock the potential and greatness that I knew God placed in me. Now its time for you to make that same decision for yourself, are you going to live a life of mediocrity or are you going to be bold enough to take that step of faith and pursue a healthy life, lets not be a slave to our feelings but let our feelings be a slave to us.
